Winston & Strawn LLP along with Ernst & Young hosted a joint seminar titled "Rehabilitation versus Liquidation: Optimizing Recoveries in a Changing Credit Cycle" on March 10, 2010 in Chicago. Carl Tannenbaum, Vice President, Risk Specialist Division, Supervision & Regulations, Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago was the guest speaker.

This seminar discussed the latest strategies and options available to maximize distressed debt recoveries in today's economic climate. Participants learned how a number of key recent regulatory pronouncements and court decisions have changed all the rules related to rehabilitation, sale and liquidation – and how you can minimize risk and maximize returns in today's capital markets.

The discussion was led by Winston & Strawn partners, including Matt Botica, Tom Kirsch, Dan McGuire, Tom Mills, Matt O'Meara, and Loren Weil.
